We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable instructor to lead students through a comprehensive curriculum using the Florida Department of Education Frameworks for Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurial Principles. The ideal candidate will inspire learners to develop essential skills for success in marketing occupations and entrepreneurial ventures, while fostering a deep understanding of business fundamentals, global trends, and technology integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction aligned with the following core competencies:
- Human relations and communication skills in marketing
- Application of math and economic principles in business
- Marketing fundamentals including selling, pricing, promotion, and distribution
- Career planning and industry-specific marketing strategies
- Entrepreneurship and small business development
- Business plan creation and financial planning
- Management theories and operational techniques
- Technology use in marketing and merchandising
- Global marketing trends and risk management
- Guide students in developing:
- Business plans including market analysis, pricing policies, and financial strategies
- Entrepreneurial self-assessments and career plans
- Proficiency in marketing-related software and tools
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance program outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to institutional policies
